Fuel Support Referrals Drop In Service 

Household Support Fund – Get £250 Toward Your Energy Bills!

We’re working with Citizens Advice Liverpool to distribute the Household Support Fund on behalf of Liverpool City Council. If you're a Liverpool resident, you could receive £250 paid directly to your energy supplier. We are hosting weekly Friday morning (10am - 12noon) drop-in sessions for eligible tenants.

You are eligible  if you live in the Liverpool local authority area and meet at least one of the following:

  • Over 65, receiving housing benefit, and not receiving Pension Credit

  •  Living with multiple long-term health conditions

  • A lone parent household

  •  A low-income household with energy or other debts

  • A low-income household experiencing fuel poverty

What You’ll Need to Apply to process your referral, please provide:

  •  Proof of eligibility (e.g., benefit letters, medical documentation)

  •  A scanned copy of your most recent utility bill, or if you use a prepayment meter, a letter from your supplier showing your customer account reference number

  • Confirmation of whether you use a prepayment meter or a credit meter
